Down the street and walkable from the Festivals such as Coachella and Stagecoach. Short drive from Tennis Tournament and not too far away from downtown Palm Springs.

Open floor plan, with 5 bedrooms down the hall. Two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and the 4th bedroom has two twins. The master has it's own private bathroom and private entrance to be the backyard and pool. Two game room areas, one in the main house and the pool table is located in the garage. Fun for all ages..

Enjoy all the sunshine that the desert offers, with a back yard that won't let you down. Large salt water pool, 12 person hot tub, pool sunning deck, large side yard to play yard games, fire pit, plenty of outside seating and places to lounge in the sun. You will love your time in this backyard. You will love your time at this house.
