Vice President / Manager of Maintenance, Vendors and Project Management

Rian is an expert in all aspects of construction and maintenance management. He brings over 25 years of construction management, skill and expertise to our team. His many years in the construction industry are vast and have equipped him with the knowledge and know-how. Rian is a Master Electrician and has been licensed as an Electrical and or a General Contractor for over 15 years.

In addition to this large knowledge of construction, repairs and maintenance, Rian understands one of the most important elements of Gorden Property Management, LLC, and that is customer service and satisfaction. He is great with our guest and owners and goes above and beyond to make sure the guest and the homeowners are happy.

We pride ourselves on making sure that all the homes we manage are well-maintained and are in great working order so our guests have the best stay possible.
