I love what I do, and I love who I am partnered with on all the homes we manage. All the owners I work with are absolutely amazing. Most of all I love our guest! The overall experience you have when you come and stay at one of our rentals is my top priority. We know that if you love your stay, you will come back and tell a friend or two!
Here is a little about my background before I became a property manager. I used to work in the fitness industry for years. I did a little of everything during my seven years there, such as; training, management, sales, and customer service and soon advanced on to company auditor, overseeing every system of the company.
After my time in the fitness industry, I went on with my husband to own and manage a successful Electrical Contracting company for 15-plus years. And we still do to this day. My past and current experience has really shaped me to be prepared for the understanding and the successful process of Vacation Rental Property Management. I get every part of it and most of all I get that we need to treat the houses like they are our own and our customers are our future and are truly like family and friends.
I will always do my best to take care of everyone involved; owners, guest, and vendors. Like I always say “teamwork makes the dream work”! Come stay awhile.
Rian is an expert in all aspects of construction and maintenance management. He brings over 25 years of construction management, skill and expertise to our team. His many years in the construction industry are vast and have equipped him with the knowledge and know how. Rian is a Master Electrician and has been licensed as an Electrical and or a General Contractor for over 15 years.
In addition to this large knowledge of construction, repairs and maintenance, Rian understands one of the most important elements of Gorden Property Management, LLC, and that is customer service and satisfaction. He is great with our guest and owners and goes above and beyond to make sure the guest and the homeowners are happy.
